NOTE: If your submission is accepted, the photos and answers you provide below MAY be published on the Apartment Therapy website. In some instances, an editor may contact you to request additional photos or information. ALL of the images total must be under 25MB for the submission to go through! In exchange for Apartment Therapy using the submitted content (collectively, “Work”) you hereby grant Apartment Therapy LLC, a New York limited liability company, and its affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, “Apartment Therapy”) an exclusive commercial worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free license and right to reproduce, distribute, publish, create derivative works of, and otherwise use or license the Work without any limitations.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are the sole creator of the Work and/or have the necessary rights to grant the license above to the Work, (ii) the Work does not and will not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, (iii) you have obtained any and all required releases, consents, and authorizations in connection with the taking and publishing of the Work, and (iv) you have the right to grant any and all rights and licenses granted to Apartment Therapy.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Apartment Therapy harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from a breach of your representations and warranties above.

You agree that nothing obligates Apartment Therapy to use the Work in any manner or at all.

By submitting Work to Apartment Therapy, you agree to waive any privacy expectations that you may have.

You agree that this form may be electronically signed and that the electronic signatures appearing on this form are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
