071008WineandFoodKitchn: Herbed ravioli with Chablis

The long, refreshing finish on this wine paired well with our ravioli. We purchased these at a specialty grocer and tossed them with just a bit of butter and garlic. They had spinach and dill inside, and together with the wine it was a very light and satisfying combination.
