071008WineandFoodKitchn: Grilled pork with herbs and Pinot Noir

We cooked the pork with herbs - sage and rosemary - and cornmeal. The wine wasn't too overpowering at all; the fruity cherry and cranberry tartness complemented the pork perfectly.
