071008WineandFoodKitchn: Honey lavender panna cotta and Moscato

The wine was pitch-perfect with this dessert. The panna cotta wasn't too sweet, so the wine's sweetness and light bubbles cut right through the creamy texture. The wine has a long aftertaste of strawberries, and it made our tiny local strawberries taste even more heavenly.
