AT: Green Home Readers Build in Vermont: As Built, from Side Rear

Hide Description
Energy-efficiency was important to us, and the simplest way to accomplish that is by working with the slope of the hill and the angle of the sun. Large windows on the south side are shielded from the summer sun by the deep roof overhangs, but admit plenty of light and warmth in the winter when the sun is lower.
