Close up: top shelf of stove. I love the salt pig. It is so convenient. When I travel I love to purchase seasonings from other countries. My fave: Profumo del Chianti, a meat seasoning I got in Chianti at Dario Cecchini's butcher shop (he's an Italian celebrity chef/butcher).
